Falling in Love

December 18, 2013. Category: dress, photographer

As we approach the Winter solstice and the official farewell to Fall, we have been swooning over the beautiful portraiture from Cassidy Duhon at our Corcoran Gallery of Art wedding last November. Cassidy perfectly executed the bride’s hopes of photos of the fall season.

May Day

December 11, 2013. Category: decor, destination wedding, Flowers, photographer

I know, winter has only just begun, but I am already thinking about spring.  The tented wedding below was in May and just the epitome of the spring flower season. The amazing flowers were done by the only and only Holly Chapel.

Here’s Looking at You

February 01, 2013. Category: photographer, weddings

There are few moments at a wedding I love more than as the bride is walking down the aisle, I turn back to look at the groom. There is nothing quite like the excitement, love and jitters on the groom’s face as he watches his bride walk down the aisle.ADominickEvents_GroomPointofView2

If you are looking for a way to compile all your guests’ photos from your wedding, look no further. Here is where The Wedding Party App comes in. This is a great way to capture all those moments that your photographer might miss.

Signing up is easy, and free. All you need is some basic info including your name and wedding date! Once registered, you can send invites to your guests to download your wedding app.

Now when your photographers are focused on getting those elegant, professional shots, you can still collect all those photos that capture the candid, and silly moments that your guests will be taking. The app also has an accompanying website where all content is posted in real time.

May 15, 2012. Category: photographer, private event
For the past seven years we have volunteered our services to create a charity event called “Tea and Tulips.”
It is a ladies tea to benefit the Little Sister’s of the Poor.  This year was a tremendous success and we wanted to take a minute to thank Abby Jiu for her amazing photo and Brian Bonita custom floral for the cute handbag centerpieces.
If you are in DC next April, we would love to see you there!
